Dear Mushfiq,

Have you made any enquiry to CIC? And from where(I believe it's SCB) you made the draft and which bank they named for clearance? I also made DD. And i did it from SCB HO. And they gave the clearance to The Royal Bank of Canada HO. So basically that means it should take one day to encash. And may be it happened in my case. I got my PER within 6 days from the DD encashed date. And what i saw in the global SS & if i take that in consideration then you have to wait a little longer then expected. I see 2171 & 2173 applicants only getting charged. So wait please and pray to Almighty ALLAH. I hope you will hear good news.

Yes I have made enquiry, but it will not be of any help as they will take forever to reply. By the time I receive their reply 2281 will be capped for sure. And yes I made DD with SCB and they gave the clearance to The Royal Bank of Canada (Toronto).

I would not had been worried if there was no PER for 2281 later my date. But from the SS I can see some 2281 applicants received PER (Latest may be 14th July). That makes me anxious. Anyway, please do pray for me.

Hi Century / Ashif bhai

I think for doing Medical we must rcv da MR mail, but for PCC nothing required from SGVO...I will be on leave from ofc next week, so thinking should I apply for PCC then. Received the AOR mail on 30.Oct.14 so inshallah MR, PCC & RPRF will be coming at due time.

Just incase if u know, how to get da PCC (my permanent address is in Dhaka)?

Dear Seniors,

For claiming the points of Adaptability factor, you need to provide an evidence for the proof of residency. My uncle is really old enough. I'm only able to get his Health card issued form Ontario's health care system. His health card shows the Name of my uncle ( who is a Canadian citizen ) and his full address in Canada. Now I'm quite confused as the requirements for the proof of residency must include the name, address and must be less than six ( 6) months old from the date of your application submission.. I'm unable to get this last part regarding the less than six months old factor , as the health card's copy doesn't shows any such thing which says that it is less than six months or etc :/ ... As I only have the copy of his health card as a proof of residence.

What to do now ? Is it totally fine just to submit the health card for proving proof of residence which highlights the details described above. Whereas my cousin is taking care of my uncle and he is just able to provide this health card...Therefore, I will to find out the solution within this ... please help ... !!!

Proof of residency:

Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of:

• lease agreements,
• the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
• an employer's letter confirming employment,
• monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
• credit card invoices and bank statements.

Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six ( 6) months old from the date of your application submission.

I dont know much, but you can

Go ahead with the health card. and add a cover letter with your app package explaining the difficulties of your uncle to provide you the other documents. if you are able to provide his canadian passport number and/or citizenship card number please add those info to cover letter. If your uncle have a canadian bank account which support online banking you can print a statement easily from anywhere (i did it with my app for my aunt's bank acc).
