Dear All,

Can you please share with which documents are required for Medical?

I lost my laptop. I have hard copy of all documents but I just lost updated soft copies.

My laptop and mobile were theft.

I have soft copy but these are not updated or same as which I have sent to CIC.

I am tensed. Please help me :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Dont worry at all vaia....

For max of the cases, its not required for ur old data...

For the MR, u will require a form which will be sent by SG on ur MR email and ur original PP...Thats enough....

So stay relax....

Dear Khan14. You are in right track. They will reply your mail when your turn comes. It may take a while, 1 month perhaps. I got my reply after waiting 30+ days. I followed this format suggested by one of the seniors here -

About the second phase....

Do we need to get our job experience assessed before landing? My NOC is 0112 (Human Resource Manager). Does anyone have any advice?
From what I have learnt, Canada does not accept foreign job experience. ??? ??? ??? is it true?

Chotto bhai, aita kono issue i na. Just put Md. in the form in other names field. Don't worry at all.

Brother did you mean to include MD in the serial 2.(clicking yes in a and writing Md. in b) in the Generic Application Form. Waiting for your reply.
