Yes bro; if your name is Mohammad Sabbir Ahmed, you click yes then can write Md. Sabbir . Also do write your Nickname if you have any. I dumped all my names there- same issue with Md/Mohammad/M.

Do we need to get our job experience assessed before landing? My NOC is 0112 (Human Resource Manager). Does anyone have any advice?
From what I have learnt, Canada does not accept foreign job experience. ??? ??? ??? is it true?

With whom you want to assess your job? I don't heard any company assess jobs like educational assessment company.

Yes, Canadian company like to have canadian experiences and canadian education. If you get good job without those, you are lucky.

When i applied for FSWP 2014 I was unmarried very recently i have got married. Now I want to include my spouse in my application. Can anyone suggest when to inform CIC to include my spouse in my application and what is the procedure?

Just ignore that point if you don't have UCI. I didn't mention UCI because I have sent the query before I got PER.

Updated generic form
updated travel history form

I am at final stage of sending my application.
Again I am in a confusion. In the document checklist they mentioned whether I have to send original document or copies. But what did they mean by "copies". Is it just photocopy or attested copy or certified true copy?

Copies mean photo copies. You don't have to attested any thing. But if you have a document in any language other than English than you have a different process. ECA, IELTS and PCC are the only three document that you send the original one.
