Guys anyone of you got WES report in normal post ? How long it took? Please share your experience. I ordered normal post and report completed & delivered on 19th September.

it will take around 40 days after delivery. i am telling this from my experience last year. I dont know the time for this year.

I also used normal post for WES Delivery. It was sent on 6th June, 2014 and delivered here in Bangladesh on 26th June, 2014.

Greetings !!!

I need help from you guys. I have sent my application on 3rd July 2014 through DHL and CIC recieved (David) the application on 9th July 2014. On 8th July my kid has born and obviously in my application there is no information about my kid. How this can be addressed and will there be any problem for processing?
Also i have not received any notification from CIC yet. When possibly i would be notified.

At present CIC is working on July 1st week applicants and you application reached on 9th July. Hope you will hear from CIC within 2 weeks from now. If you get a positive determination, they will acknowledge you through a email name PER mail. After that CIC will forward your all documents to designated Visa office. and later concern VO will acknowledge you through the 2nd mail (Named AOR). With reference to that mail you can update your additional family information to your case officer directly.

However, i did not find your details in FSW 2014 SS. Please add your data in below link to help each other.

Click http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry --> fill form and click submit --> Click Edit your Response --> Go to the newly open page -->from the address bar, save the link/bookmark for future update.

Spreadsheet Update Process:
Open the saved/bookmarked link --> update information.

After Getting AOR email from SGVO , u can send the below docs directly....


Child addition.
1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert+statement
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Updated Generic Application form

Alhamdulillah. WES just sent me confirmation about my evaluation. My timeline is

Packages Sent – September 11
Packages received by WES – September 15
Email Sent to university by WES – September 17
University replied – September 24
WES Sent Online report – September 25
Now waiting for the printed Copy of ECA report. Can anyone please inform how to track Delivery?

BTW, for Canadian equivalency of Bachelors Degree (four years) and Master's degree, My Score is 23, right?

Since I had lots of trouble to get my documents attested from Dhaka University, I think I should help others who want to assess their education for Dhaka University degrees. To do that, first thing you require is your official Marksheet. Please note that your department provisional transcript is of no use.

For Marksheet
-Visit 3rd floor of registrar Building and ask someone to direct you to the room where form of marksheet is available (sorry forgot the room number). The form will cost you 10 or 15 Taka.
- Fill up the form and attach one passport size photo. You may also require your Admit card.
-Visit your Hall and complete attestation.
-Come back to Registrar building 3rd floor and they will seal the form with fees information. Regular fee is 180 Tk (1 Week) and Urgent Fee 380 Tk (1 day).
-Fee is payable to Janata Bank TSC branch. After paying fee, submit your form to the same place at registrar Building.

For Transcript:
-Visit registrar building Room 305, Pay 50 taka for form.
-You will need Photocopy of marksheet, SSC Certificate, NID and passport
- Register fees information from room 305. Regular fee 400 Tk (1 month), Urgent Fee 900 tk (1 week)
- Pay fees to Janata bank TSC and submit your application form to room 305.

For Attestation
- Attestation form is free. But cost of envelope is 400 tk.
- You will need photocopy of your Admit card, degree Certificate, Transcripts, NID and also original Copy of filled up WES form.
- Pay fees to Janata bank TSC and submit your application form to room 305.
- Attested copy of your required docs should be available on the same day.

If you want to send your doc through express delivery, you can choose Fedex and tell them about uni to uni transfer so that you can get a student discount. Cost for sending one envelope is 2075 tk.

WES should send you notification after receiving your package. As soon as the Initial inspection is over, WES will send an email to DU for further verification and will notify you. Then you need to visit DU and pay them USD 30. DU should reply to WES within 1 week.

At DU, most of the stuffs related to these procedures are very friendly. But keep in mind that you need to move from Door to door as well as building to buildings..
