We do not have any money in my account or my husband's account. We both hold a joint account with my father-in-law and mother-in-law and we have sufficient funds in our joint account. now my questions are:

1. Do I need to transfer the money in mine or my husband's personal account?

2. If yes, When should we transfer it? ( i will be applying in mid-July.)

Forum Picture uploading :

(Collected)

Hello there everyone!
So it has come to discussion many times recently asking how to post images here.
Often times it is hard to describe it. I figure most people learn faster on visualization so for all of your benefits, I screen-capped the steps you can take to post an image on here if ever needed to. Hope you enjoy!
P.S. Sorry I can not do anything to change the size of the images. The site makes it that small. When in doubt just follow the arrows.

First step: Upload your image to a host site for storing photos online. In this example I will be using Photobucket.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100444PM-1.png

Second step: Once you have finished uploading your image. You will select the whole "direct url" shown here by the arrow.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100542PM-1.png

Third step: Once you have the code selected. You will need to right-click and copy the link for the image.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100556PM-1.png

Fourth step: Come back onto the forum and click "reply". Now you need to click the "insert image" icon shown here by the arrow.
Screenshot2011-03-21at82948PM-1.png

Fifth step: Now that you have clicked the "insert image" icon it should pop up an "img code". See example.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100330PM-1.png

Sixth step: Now that the image code has been inserted. You will click to put your cursor between the code, right click, then paste.
Screenshot2011-03-21at100622PM-1.png

Seventh step: And now you should have the "direct url" pasted in between the image code. Once previewed, you can click post. You should now see an image.

I hope this thread helps people and is easy to follow. I don't know if it will be helpful to a lot of people but I figured it wouldn't hurt to show people how to use this feature of the site. Let me know if you like it or it was helpful. Also, try it out in this thread with posting a picture if you like. Good luck posting pictures. :)

#############################################

Finally-----The 3rd,4th,5th,6th,7th steps are not necessary
if in 2nd step, instead of "direct link" click on "IMG" link, then insert it in the body of you message.
Get creative!

Dear Experts,

Should I have to send spouse academic credential with application?

I asked this question because I already filled up the Additional Family Information and Background Declaration for Spouse.

In those forms spouse academic history already mentioned.

Another thing, Should I have to add my visa pages?

Thanks

the line is from my PPR mail: "Check that you have enough blank pages in your passports so we may affix your permanent
resident visas, if issued.
Passports for children (see separate note for Bangladesh):
If any of your children do not have their own passports but are included in the passport of you or
your spouse, a separate visa will be inserted for each child. A blank page is required for each visa
issued.
For Bangladesh ONLY:
You must ensure that every person included in your application possesses their own passport.

the money could be in a Joint Account = (Principle Applicant + Accompanying Spouse/ Family Members)
joint a/c can't be with other family members who will not accompany u to Canada.

there's no specific guideline. I know people who opened a bank account on day 1, kept the money in day 2, took statement on day 3 took the statement and finally got VISA!! then again, there are people who were asked for the source of large amount of money deposited in a short period of time!! it completely varies from Officer to Officer who checks our application. In many cases POF was asked twice (at the beginning & at the end of the process), but in that particular 3 day case, they didn't ask for anything.
my suggestion is, prepare your application quick and send it quick, fall within the cap, that's the best shot. and till now I haven't seen a case getting rejected due to lack of funds. they do check the money in some cases and ask for explanation, but till now I personally haven't seen such(rejection) case. so, do not worry about the funds that much, as long as the money is yours or u have strong logical explanation, no harm will be done, that's for sure.
good luck!! ;D

Passport is your travel document. You do not need visa pages.
