Hi Ashif,

I am Nazir from Bangladesh. Currently I am working in a Multinational Indenting & Trading Company as a "Relationship Manager" for the last three years and before that I worked in another manufacturing company for 5 years as "Marketing Executive". Both of these jobs are permanent & full time job. Summery of my present job responsibilities are 'to build up and maintain good relation with customers, plan & develop marketing strategies, look after LC & commercial issues etc....'

I have BBA and MBA degrees. I want to apply under NOC-1123. But as per given job description in NOC list I doubt whether my application will be accepted under this code.

Please give your valuable advise whether I should apply under this NOC code??

1.Should I submit photocopy of supporting documents or certified true copies?
2. Expiry date of National ID? Should it be 15 years later or 31 12 2099?
3.Schedule A - Background /Declaration question 9 - Should I write 'NONE' or 'I have never been a member of an organization or association'?
4.What does completed foreign educational credential mean - all of the educational certificates?

does getting the visa count?? then count me in, I didn't even gave the NID!!

How can I be sure whn my account would be charged? if u r using credit card, u'll get to know, but if paying thru DD, from BD u can't get to know

Do I have to maintain my account balance that I have shown in the application? it's better to keep the money intact or +/- 2-3k, but not mandatory

Brother,

If u change anything on the Generic form, then validate again and print the whole page ...Do not print with the specific modified page of this form...Since CIC will seek the information from the barcode....

We do not have any money in my account or my husband's account. We both hold a joint account with my father-in-law and mother-in-law and we have sufficient funds in our joint account. now my questions are:

1. Do I need to transfer the money in mine or my husband's personal account?

2. If yes, When should we transfer it? ( i will be applying in mid-July.)
