Hi Guys,

Is there anyone who have done ECA for American International University of Bangladesh? I have completed my MBA from AIUB and now want to do ECA.
But i m not sure whether this university is recognized or not. I heard that WES some times written as university not recognized. Like Stamford showed as not recognized and Asian University is recognized. Please help me and give your contact details. I am really confused here.

We have received your documents and will contact you when your documents have been reviewed. Does it mean university verification( replying from my varsity ) has been done? Or Should I contact university ? previously it was shown as waiting for university verification. is it finished? :

U will rcv another notification stating that , information sent to ur univ authority for the verification.

On that time u can contact with ur unv controller to approve the WES email....

my status in required document it shows
" "Received Documents Awaiting Verification" The document was received and WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution. WES is waiting for the institution's response. WES reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents that it receives. "

therefore should i contact to my uni tomorrow as it is Monday,opening day of the week in Canada, to speed up the process? or I will wait? in my bachelors and masters it shows "Received Documents Awaiting Verification" . can I hope positive result? how many days? I am anxious as my IELTS validity is till 30th June. little time to complete whole and send to CIO............ :-\ :'(

Should I fill all the documents in the check list that are not applicable for me? For example Additional Dependents/Declaration Form (IMM 0008DEP) as I dont have any dependent.

:how to fill Economic form schedule -3 in points 12?

in primary occupation I chose " manufacturing manager" NOC 0911. in history what will be occupations with duration if these are executive (2008-2013) and senior executive, production(2014 till to date) by designation? are both the asked occupations with title? if I give main duties in 4-5 lines (as space in forms) which are slight difference from in work reference( where both duties are merged and common), will it be a problem? :-[

I would like to know about few points here as I am filling up the application myself,

1) I am a bit unsure between Not Applicable and leaving out blank matter. If a section does not apply for me, will I have to write "N/A" in the heading only or will have to write in all the sub sections too. For example, in the background declaration form in section 10 ( Government Position) which does not apply to me, how will I fill up this section?

2) As they say the form should not be left incomplete, in the Economic class form in question 7(c) which asks "Is your spouse or common partner proficient in English/French?", what should I do as I am single? Should I leave out blank or tick NO as there is no option to indicate not applicable.

i think wherever possible and applicable write NA and if need then printout the form then write NA using black ink.
