expert plz guide...I have prepared a work reference letter containing 30 points of duty list usually what I have been doing over 5-6 years. so the letter is 2_3 pages, is it OK? another question, I got promotion as senior executive from executive and the tasks are same. so in response to CIC guideline in terms of each position duration and duty , how can I make difference or I should include all tasks from my beginning and all without separation. ? one silly question, from CIC guide I am confused , should I require to send original work reference letter or notarized photocopy will do and main copy need to be preserved for later

Dear All,

I am facing a problem. When I was appointed, my designation was written "Programmer". After 3 months letter they changed the designation for whole organization and change my designation as "Software Engineer". I was transferred to a joint venture company which is between the current company and a Danish company.

I have the below letter:

1. 1st companies appointment letter(where Programmer is written)
2. 1st company's confirmation letter(where software engineer is written)
3. salary(Bank) statement of 1st Company
4. Transferred letter to 2nd company(Joint venture with first company, also Software Engineer is written)
5. Experience letter from 2nd company(Where the total working period is written including the 1st company's period)
6. Salary slip of 2nd company
7. Increment letter of 2nd company

Would you please help me what should I do. I am confused about the appointment letter.
Should I provide the appointment letter?
Or only should I give the transferred letter?

in form no. IMM5669E (Background Declaration) & IMM5406E (Additional Family Information)

IMM5669E - there is an spaceto write name in native languange. Can it be hand written? coz avro is not working there.

IMM5406E - instruction is given to write all name in english & in native language. Here also the same problem. avro & other bangla fonts is not working. So, what should i do?

Take the print out & write the names in bangla by hand?

Pls suggest...............

1. The WES website says 10 days are required for processing. Actually How long do they take now a days?

2. Which one is the best courier service available in Dhaka, in terms of time to reach destination in Toronto ? I want to papers to reach WES as soon as possible.

3. When WES tries to verify the authenticity of papers from Uni authority, how do they do that? Letter, phn or email ?
Can anyone from University of Dhaka, plz share his/her experience regarding this step of WES.

1. WES finalization process is mystery to me..My file was processed by WES last year and took almost 1 month even if my university replied to WES query within a day. Normally it depends on the payment package u purchased.

2. Try FEDEX

3. WES will contact via email.. No idea about DU experience..but make sure u contact with DU authority and try to find out who checks the email which is given in DU envelope

DU's e-mail comes to a room on the 2nd floor of Registrar building.There is a fees,I don't remember how much we paid last year,but something around Tk 3000.Please go to the Assistant Registrar with all queries on the 2nd floor of the Registrar building.Please have patience as even though the process is straight forward,it is time consuming.Thanks.

Actually, I got an e-mail from WES. They just written that We have submitted your documents to the institution for verification. We will proceed after getting receipt from their verification.

They have taken two days only after receiving my document.

Note that I use their express service which requires extra 100$.

I am from CUET not DU.

Its almost 8 days over after their mail.

I heard that they will send the hard copy for verification to the institution.

But from your post, an email should be send to institution from WES.
