is it necessary to take my & my spouse educational certificates to do education & foreign ministry for job or higher education? despite we have been taken certificates,mark sheets and transcripts from university.

You don't have to take permission from the Bangladesh Education ministry & Bangladesh Foreign ministry for higher studies.

Once you land in Canada, you are "nearly" a Canadian. So, you have NO hurdles in front of you. I am saying "nearly" a Canadian, as you need to stay for 3 years to apply for citizenship.

The only hassle you have to face when you apply for higher studies is that the Canadian University will ask for:
* Sealed & attested copies of (transcript + certificate) in University envelope ==> You collect this from the registrar office or department office.
* Reference letters from 2 Professors who have taught you.

Sorry to say that very poor service provided by IOM Bangladesh. Communicate after several times with IOM Bangladesh through mail & phone (meet with Jahangir & Utpol) but we can not purchase ticket till now !! They said your ticket is booked but they are not processing next step. Now I need an advice from FORUM how can I purchase ticket by IOM ??? Do you have their higher authorities number or email address??

Yes I 100% agree with you. I could not enter IOM without an appointment. I went there to talk to Mr. Jahangir face to face after making an alarming number of phone calls ( but in vain). I mailed him twice but did not receive any reply. I want advise from the persons gone through this process. I wonder how they managed to get it!!

After getting my MR & PPR, I submitted my daughter's document and get the medical request for her after month.

Just a few questions:
1. Did SGVO missed your daughter's MR (I guess they did it for my case) or it was a case of newborn baby?
2. Did you perform your daughter's medical exam without medical request form?

No doubt, I am running late for FSW 2013 (NOC 1112 Financial & Investment analyst).

I will set for IELTS exam on 22-June-2013, Will get result after 2 weeks from that date.
I just got sealed & signed envelop from my University, by next 2days will send it to WES for ECA.

Bottom line is, more or less by 1st week of July I will get all required papers (ECA report from WES, IELTS etc.) to apply for FSW 2013.

Now please advice, will it be wise to apply at that time, will it be too late to apply under NOC 1112 Financial & Investment analyst, as 300 cap maximum ????

All the guys I know, wished to apply for FSW 2013, has already applied within the second week of May, 2013. They prepared everything beforehand.
Yes it seems you are drastically late and chances are very, very slim, as this 300 cap is from all around the world. Still best of luck.....Cheers.

You now have no other option but to wait until all your documents are ready. Then you can check the CIC web site and find out the application received numbers there. If the CAP is filled up, then you can't apply because they will return your application.

Yes, its sure I am running late due to some unavoidable circumstances..... Is there any possibilities to get time advantage as CIC announced approved organizations name for ECA at the end of April 2013 & without valid ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) report along with FSW application will not be acceptable. Same time we know it takes long tome to get ECA report due to rush of assessment request around the world. Please comment on it.
