Many thanks for your infos. I got 2nd letter from Singapore in September 2011 & applied in June 2011. ECAS shows RVO not even In Process!!! Eagerly waiting for Med request don't know when it will come.
I'm in MI2 but in your info where I belongs?

IOM er price saves you almost tk 40000. This is awesome, but to avail this you have to work hard with them as they have the worst service, but I don't mind when they gives me a chance to save this handsome amount. If you have 2/3 months time before flying, you can go with IOM. If you have less than 1 month, then it might be a bit difficult for you. As for the flight choice, nothing compares to emirates, and don't forget to pick airbus 388 in dubai-toronto route.

Yes true. I found Emirates site, IOM fare is Tk.45000 less. But it is very difficult to reach them indeed. May be they have less interest doing this.

In international organisations, the names are usually kept in the format "LastName, FirstName MiddleName".

So, according to your wife's passport "Patel (Gupta), Sangita" this means: LastName = Patel (Gupta), FirstName = Sangita.
But, according to your wife's visa "Patel, Sangita Gupta" this means: LastName = Patel, FirstName = Sangita, MiddleName = Gupta.

Best is you communicate (email/visit) with the visa authorities who issued the visa & inform about the discrepancy in the names.
