I have a question that is with the medical form I need to submit 3 copies of pictures. Are thgose pictures need to be the Canadian visa size or Passposrt size would do the job?

For medical you need "Passport size"

I am Md. Eshteshabul Hossain. My wife is Industrial Pharmacist and she has been working for 9 years in Incepta and Square Pharma. We have applied under FSWC category in February 2011 and the application received by Singapore office in 23 March 2011. Since then we have not get any further development. Our on line status show the status as Received by Visa office. I want to know through this forum how long it need for medical notification and police verification by CIC.

My brother applied in February 2011 & they got Medical request and Passport request together on 8th January.

1st Step : Received by Visa Office
2nd Step : "In process". At this stage Visa Office starts working on your file.
3rd Step: Medical Request
4th Step: Passport Request
Some lucky people are getting Med request & Passport request together. Once your ecas is "in process" then you can start expecting Medical request. Things are moving very fast by the VO now a days!

One of my friends email who moved Canada end of 2009. Sharing this email for my Finance & Accounts friends:

Great Rana, congratulation. I live in Mississauga, its a 40 minute drive from scarborough. I am also doing CGA. If you want to build your carrier in F&A, CGA or CMA are the options. CGA is of core accounting and CMA is of managerial accounting.

Most of our community, I found, go for CGA. There are other options too. Take a look of CRM, FRM or secretary courses. These are very good things to enter financial market- banks, investment companies, in less effort and investment. I suggest finance guys to take look of other options before making final decision.

Whatever decision you take, it is better to take admission from back home. I took my admission in Seneca College from Bangladesh to do CGA courses. It will save your precious/ expensive time in Canada.I am good right now.
