Kindly help me regarding PNWS. Did anyone submitted PNWS excluding the fixed asset if cash balance has covered the minimum requirement. My asset excluding the fixed asset is more then the minimum requirement so do I need to show the fixed asset?
Experts kindly advise.

I did a mistake. I didn't complete the last page of PNWS form ie transferable amount and accompanying amount and did not give the signature also. Would it be a problem? I am quite anxious about this.

Please share your views regarding this.

I prefered not to disclose any fixed asset. Those are non-transferable. Even jewelry, car eshob'o dekhaini...ki dorkar? pore jodi supporting document chay khamokha process lengthy hoye jabe...if bank balance comfortably covers minimum requirement tahole other asset na dekhale konoi problem nai....

Ami 9th Dec e RPRF kori SCB Gulshan br theke ! 2pm giyechi and all formalities sesh korte korte 2.45 pm...then they said delivery of DD would be made at 4 pm. So, went back home & again came back after 4 pm to collect draft....So, it was a troublesome day just for a draft. But last time, SCB, Motijheel br took less than one hr for making my new born baby's draft.

So, guys somoy niye jaiyen !

according my consultant you will submit those document peviously which is submitted and dont need to show any kind of land,flat ,house .if you want to show this you have to need proved valuation by authorised person.those who are investor catagory applicant they may show this type of document.

FDR ,statement with solvency certificate more authentic ....
