Do you mean the website ? I am using Banglalion and totally fine and I can access the website also . Call their helpline

not the website, i can't even recharge my account. if their is no balance on my account, they should show the web page of recharging as default, but no web page shown

I did a mistake. I didn't complete the last page of PNWS form ie transferable amount and accompanying amount and did not give the signature also. Would it be a problem? I am quite anxious about this.

After medical, I made my MRP. When I submitted PP, I sent the new one. I have not faced any problem getting it stamped.

Same for me. I also sent a cover letter.

As it is talking about hand written passport so no use to renew for 5 years. Better to make only for 2 years only.

Yes, you are right. I already have extended my daughter's passport for 2 years only. After 2015 this is useless...Asa kori MRP tao kora lagbe na jodi CA ta pawa jai...well it might take altogether 4 years..let's see...

Now a days what is the time taken by the svo to issue a visa, if it is send by vfs. experience guys pls comments. or is it better to go to Singapore and take the visa in three days ? :'(

If you have no Urgency then it is better to send through VFS. In my case it took altogether 21 days to get the Visa and PP on hand.
Even if you go to Singapore it will takes you 2 weeks to prepare for Singapore Visa, go there and 3 business days to received Visa. But it will cost you around 60-70K. In VFS it will take another extra week with cost of BDT 4,100/- Per PP. Choice is Yours...
