Yes, until 2015. My Canadian and USA multiple entry visas are on hand written passport.

Right you better send through CSE link but also ask them if you need to send hard copy as well - this will serve two first you will know if they need hard copy second with their reply you will get confirmation of receiving your forms.

If they requested for a hard copy, then better to follow that instruction...
It might cost you but you will comply as per request...rest choice is yours brother
But do it fast, each day delay will eventually delayed the remaining procedure...

By the grace of Allah, I received the passport with maple leaf...it was a wonderful service by VFS, it took me only 25 days.

I have sent a inquiry letter to cic,SVO, b4 few days. They replied me
“”Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review......................................... and four questions like change address, family information etc ””

I already did that , MY preference is Ryerson University's Chang school . They do need credential evaluation which I'll do after getting medical .

I'm doing ACCA, and completed 7 out of 14. Progress is very slow. Besides job & family, study is very hard. I don't know, but it would be great if i could complete it. ACCA & CGA-Canada both have Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA). May be this would be helpful there, but only if i can complete it. Have you thought of anything re. job or doing something else.
