Being in a dilemma, I am requesting your opinion on my POF status.We have done our medical last week and preparing the docs for PCC and bank draft. We are aware that we need to keep intact our POF to the required marginal level till the visa processing date.

My concern is how the VO will check my bank accounts details? Will they ask for POF doc to me or they can directly inquire to the bank or other places to check the fund capacity. I would appreciate your suggestion and please let me know the best option where the situation is that I am making the transaction from my bank account.

Who knows.....VO might contact the bank. I wouldn't suggest you to gamble at the eleventh hour. It is one of the main requirements until the visa is issued. If you showed more funds, you can withdraw some now but try to maintain minimum funds as per LICO.

If anybody gets know the checking procedure of MR passport's originality or proofing fraud passports which are cancelled, please share in this forum. It's really very important for all of us. We all are in multiple tensions, another one disgusting headache added with the previous tension list.

it has become another tension, you are right.
I had traveled one year ago with my new MRP passport, the immigration officer did not complain.
Does this mean my passport is ok?

bhai amar file update is: application filed date - 8th April, 2010, 1st AOR is - 15th June,2010. 2nd AOR date is - 10th October,2010, IP date is - 29th April, medical paper issue date is - 12th July. NOC - 4131.

I think you should apply for GCMS notes that may give you details info / VO's notes about your file. If you have ability to attend the interview in Singapore, it's really worth it. Neither you may get visa nor you may get this chance in your life anymore. So, don't waste the chance you got it. You would be able to recover that money if you would come in Canada.

thanks a lot for your kind advice scorpion_ca. i did not apply for caips/gcms. i just trying to let it go. whatever is on my luck that wont change, even though if i apply for caips. the reason why i came up to this point cause it is a matter of cost. end of the day i might loose them both if i don't get visa. anyway i like that way you convince me. I'm well convinced. Now I might try my luck once. thank you brov once again for everything.

being on their interview list is not a wish to everybody, i suppose.

But you should know that you are still given some chances to prove what they do not understand clearly. Some people even were not given some chances to prove something.....

Generally after the interview people get good news.

So order GCMS to know the reason and be prepared!

i thought your GCMS report will be on your hand sooner than the VO's letter for the interview or sooner than the interview's date. In such letter, usually they give you 2 weeks to prepare.

People order GCMS right after notification of letter, so do you.

Deshi 10 has given a good analysis that SGVO is issuing MR based on the 2nd AOR date which is quite logical because 2nd AOR is issued when SGVO takes the responsibility of the file. In order to proof this analysis please share your 2nd AOR Date by filling up the below list so that we can predict our MR. As per Deshi they are issuing MR for those applicant whose 2nd AOR date is in October 2010.
