From the forum in-process seems relavant as because lot of applicant with recent inprocess fot Mr where earlier is waiting. They must be maintaining the queue as per the AOR date. Thats our guess only. Let the list grow more and as soon anybody get MR then we can confirm if SGVO is going as per the 2nd AOR date or not.

so what does IP date mean? Why does this IP period vary from 1mon (example) to 5 mons ? Many people got IP from Feb2012 still are waiting for MR while others got IP from May2012 have got it????
