Hi,

I got my GCMS from www.lawpoints.ca. It was a total of 28 pages and I found comments of one agent from SGVO who assessed my file at page 26. I ordered it after 17th April 2012, when I got In process status.

It was at the end. I got it in a note.

Just now checked my mail and found that my lawyer inform that they have received my MEDICAL REQUEST.

Thanks to God and regards to my all friends who are giving me lots of good impression.

Thank you for reply. Yes I think best to apply and she can wait to begin studies when she comes. Problem is some spousal applications from Dhaka are taking 30 months to process

Maybe after SGVO finishes issuing all MI-1 people their MRs, we will start getting In Process status. Still many many more MI-1 applicants are left. MI-1 inventory is huuuuge..

I've heard that within 2 months SGVO will ask for updated documents from MI-2 applicants.....don't know how much valid this information is........

Based on the replies from sgvo after csi by forum members, It seems tht the day our application turn inprocess sgvo has assigned 6month within which they will send MR provided that applicants selection decision is made on the inprocess date.If selection decision is negative in the inprocess date then applicant is send with a refuse letter and a decision made status in ecas, as example the case of debaavik. If any forum member has opinion regarding this analysis plz share.

to me, it is really difficult to understand what a VO does?!??!! there might be a system but I do not think that we can imply any LAW / RULE to cover it.
