1. If in CAIPS SELDEC = 0 what you mean? This SELDEC= 0 with below point have so is it end of story?
2.why PSDEC=1 ?
3. Why PAPER FILE SENT TO =PA ?
4. Why File BF'D to : PSD NO (DATE MONTH YEAR) Microlocator ?
5.Why immigration officer IMM 1017S Requested ?
6.Why in Caips VIEW MEDICAL ASSESSMENT FOR INTER FAMILY (Y/N) =Y
7. Why MHDTS.E page create in caips?
8. why in caips APPLICANT STAGE: VALIDITY ?
For your information:-
**The visa officer put "SELDEC = 1 " when your all document and background check with medical successfully ok. After see this "1" then your passport will be stamping.actually this is the final decision point.This point visa officer write down like:-
T-12 SELECTION DECISION (SELDEC)
* 1 passed
* 2 passed on discretion
* 3 OIC required (pro-Proclamation cases)
* 4 waived
* 5 failed
* 6 failed on discretion
* 7 withdrawn
* S passed (H & C consideration) (for Refugees only)
so any body collect CAIPS before medical he always see this point is "0" because visa officer don't know the final decision.

IMM1017S ... that IS your medical forms, but when they say "requested", they only
mean that they requested the paper be generated from the system, not
necessarily that they sent them to you or that you've done them yet. It
only means the paper is sitting in your file at the ready for when they
decide it's time to send it to you.
keep the faith to your GOD(ALLAHA).
*** If your file is accept then PSDEC: Paper Selection Decision = 1 its mean you got 67 point and its under processing
to check all (back ground and other)then they send you medical.

last year i saw approximately 7/8 CAIPS note and all are SELDEC=0 (no "0" option in immigration instruction file which i put above)
