In October /November 2012 All are get MR/Visa just need to wait they start their work from MI-1 thanks GOD. They did not maintain time line to all the applicant so please lets see inshallaha everything will be positive.

Hi shbd1972, This is joyeta. Do u got the Visa? We got decision made on 16th April and canadian address on 18th April. Medical have been received added in e-cas on 24th April and today i received a receipt of RPRF from Singapore VO by mail.

Kintu amar Q onno jaygay; CIO amader sathe chit korese.... tara bolesilo MI-2, one year er majhe VISA dibe but... reality is different.... accept or reject should be within 1 year. we don't expect there voluntary service. We already pay handsome amount for them. if they need more fees to accelerate the process they can ask but they should not exceed their time line....

They want her to land there after June 2012, this is how they actually plan about what to be done by others. They are the ones who decide everything. They have sent the RPRF receipt but no Passport. Pretty Intentional.

before which they wanna finalize the pending applications as MI-4 is due in early July 2012. CIC wants to enter into the arena of MI-4 with a Fresh Formatted Memory.

Today, UK Entered into a double dip recession and as EU is UK's main trading partner, EU is set to face a recession in coming months. US is EU'r main trading partner so US's future does not look good as the good few months after the Cristmas Sell off is over now. Canada is criss crossed attached with the US.

5.Why immigration officer IMM 1017S Requested ?
6.Why in Caips VIEW MEDICAL ASSESSMENT FOR INTER FAMILY (Y/N) =Y
7. Why MHDTS.E page create in caips?
8. why in caips APPLICANT STAGE: VALIDITY ?

For your information:-

**The visa officer put "SELDEC = 1 " when your all document and background check with medical successfully ok. After see this "1" then your passport will be stamping.actually this is the final decision point.This point visa officer write down like:-
T-12 SELECTION DECISION (SELDEC)
* 1 passed
* 2 passed on discretion
* 3 OIC required (pro-Proclamation cases)
* 4 waived
* 5 failed
* 6 failed on discretion
* 7 withdrawn
* S passed (H & C consideration) (for Refugees only)

so any body collect CAIPS before medical he always see this point is "0" because visa officer don't know the final decision.

IMM1017S ... that IS your medical forms, but when they say "requested", they only
mean that they requested the paper be generated from the system, not
necessarily that they sent them to you or that you've done them yet. It
only means the paper is sitting in your file at the ready for when they
decide it's time to send it to you.

keep the faith to your GOD(ALLAHA).

*** If your file is accept then PSDEC: Paper Selection Decision = 1 its mean you got 67 point and its under processing
to check all (back ground and other)then they send you medical.

last year i saw approximately 7/8 CAIPS note and all are SELDEC=0 (no "0" option in immigration instruction file which i put above)

Dear jnathan, Is it not a normal things? In RPRF form they said we will send u a receipt when we finalize ur application. & today I received it but don't know whether they send my passport in Dhaka CHC or not. because CHC Dhaka will send me a registered mail when passport is ready for collection and there is a continuous Hartal from next sunday. postal service does not work in that situation. Is it be a wise decision to contact with Dhaka CHC regarding my passport?

Wish to get good reply from any senior members.

The way Jnathan comment seems like he has a good level of accessibility on SGVO Database and he can query and update for all be it good or bad. However, I hardly found any good comments by him in all the forums.
Even some people from India forum are not happy with his comment.

Mr. Jnathan..this is a Bangladeshi forum and I think there are many experts available in this forum as well. It's better if you don't sneak and comment anything you like.

I believe you are not from Bangladesh and hence you won't understand our Bengali language. So better not comment on those as they are not meant for you.
