Any comments about my e-cas status.

Ruhul,

you have a very good chance to get your status into IN PROCESS and getting MR in the next few months. you fall within MI-2 and they are being processed fast at the moment. Currently your background checks are going on.

Jnathan,
Thanks for reply. But at the same time, one known person got MR & PPR, but why to late in case of mine.
Ruhul

Several reasons for delay in cases like your's,

1. background checks
2. less priority among applicants

you must get your MR within 2011 as you are the MI-2 applicant. once 2011 gets over, you'd be in backlog and MI-3 applicants would surely get the preference.

Hasib bhai,

I have sent email to SGVO six times and after six times they annoyed to me and replied we recieve you pp and send your pp this week. It is 42days of submiting passport.

I think they are just like our any govt office !

Don't worry, bhaiya, in my point of view, you should not annoy them now. Let them work on it and send you the maple leaf.

Up to the end of process. SGVO want to believe that the fund you showed is yours not borrowed from someone else. So, my advise to keep it same up to Visa Granted on your PP.

Its fine but not necessarily u maintain this amount years after years. You can invest anywhere else or can encash and transact regularly via your savings account(s).

Dear,

I showed my fund as FDR and send that copy of FDR along with application.
Now question is--- Can I cash this FDR now Or keep it upto the end of process??

I asked the same question in some other thread I do not remember, one VIP member replied YES, it can be en-cashed.

After that, I en-cashed some of my FDR (I Shown as Fund) and invested in Share Market (Now reduced to 20% :().

However, in earlier cases (Pre JUNE) they used to ask you for new financial documents along with MR or MR+PPR. Now a days they are not asking. They are asking for only the Landing fee.

I think NO PROBLEM. If we go for logical thinking, how long one can leave so much (!) of personal fund unutilized?

All the Best.
