Name/Initial : GT ; NOC: 0213; App Filed : March 18, 2010 ; Updated Doc Req : Jan 10 2012; In Process : April 19, 2012 ; Med & RPRF : 03-07-12 .

You need to wait a lot my friend , as soon your ecas change to In-Process you will find that your eligibility has changed.
try to apply for gcms as soon your ecas change to in-process, till that time you have to wait patiently.
