"There is NOC list for every profession. CIC selects the preferences
according to the requirements year to year.
The issue i raised is; the pre-requisite for the construction manager or a
supervisor is by the universities for any post grad degree anywhere in the
world.
A. 0212 Architecture and science managers: (As said I am practicing
architecture since I graduated from BUET in 1997 and I have many building
projects registered in my account, and possess a registered office with 03
architects working for me. Anyways do you know what BUET is?)
Main duties: Architecture and science managers perform
some or all of
the following duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the
activities and operations of an architecture, landscape architecture,
scientific research and development laboratory or quality control
department, service or firm.
Employment requirements: Architecture managers require
a degree in
architecture ,
registration as a professional architect and
several years of experience as an architect.
B. 0421 Administrators – post-secondary education and vocational training:
( I still am the Assistant Director for student Affairs, The appointment
is for last 2.5 years and this is in addition to my regular duties as an
assistant professor)
Main duties: Faculty administrators perform some or all of the
following duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate academic and related
activities of a college or university faculty
Recommend and approve faculty appointments
Recommend curriculum revisions and additions and approve scheduling of
courses
Direct, through subordinate staff, activities such as research and
curriculum development
Faculty administrators require:
a graduate degree in a field related to the academic faculty and Several
years of experience as a university professor or college teacher.
C. 4011 University professors and lecturers: As of now I am with a
university from 2002 as an assistant professor.
D. 0711 Construction managers:
Construction managers perform
some or all of the following
dutieslan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction
projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and
budget, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor
progress against established schedules
Employment requirements:
A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in
construction technology
is usually required .
A master's degree in project management may be required .
Several years of experience in the construction industry, including
experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent, are
usually required.
I can list few others I am as well fit with my qualifications and
complying the CIC requirements.
For your application to be eligible for processing, you must:
have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
have
one year of continuous full-time paid work experience in at least
one of the occupations listed here *
OR.....................................
So one can be eligible for a few occupation over a period of time (here
its at least 01 year in last 10 years). And as said earlier its you who is
to assess to stand a chance the most. No one needs to lie or manipulate,
there no scope.
From tomorrow if I join WASA as a waste water manager for some projects,
after a year or two I am eligible in
0912 Utilities managers, do
