At last my story has come to an end. Received refusal letter (issued on April 23) due to job mismatch the day before yesterday along with another letter (undated) with refund of my spouse's application fee and my RPRF. FYI I got DM with detail line on 26 April. That's it.

I am not sure whether I will ever eligible or not as my NOC is no more. Moreover, I have set up my mind to spend my life in my homeland.

Thank you very much for your all time support. I will try to forget about this part of my life but probably it will be very tough to forget this forum, especially some heads. My best wishes for all of you.

I wish WE could do that

Deba bhai,

be confirm that you are going to canada as a immigrant within one and half year.
Let the new NOC published and pls try again.

Ameer

Dada,

I can feel how utterly devastating it can be for you after long 2 years of waiting. It is equally frustrating why the CIC just cannot screen this JD stuff at CIO stage and act rationally!!!

Sometimes it is very very difficult for us to accept certain unexpected events that happen in our lives. But we must remember that when a window of opportunity closes another one promptly opens up somewhere and at the end of the day, our blessings always far outnumber our miseries.

Regards,
mmh93

i don't know what to say on this occasion. it's sounds like unbelievable. i still can't believe it's happened with with. I believe you are the most capable and deserving person to get Canadian PR from rest of us. i hope you still got some chances to do appeal. if yes please go for it. i wish you every success in your life.

i am facing the same now.

Dear deba_avik,

I am not one of Bangladeshi applicants, but still visited your forum regularly to check for any updates.

I hold you in high esteem for the promptness you show in helping everyone. Just like Saki did. But unfortunately, both you and saki got refused due to JD mismatch.

I really feel very sorry for you. I wish Canada immigration people knew what they are loosing.

Good luck for a successful life brother. There must be something better waiting for you. We just don't know about that yet :)

This problem has been going on for more than a week. There are many applicants in similar situation but as per my observation most of them are April, May & June 2010 applicants.

In my case, 2nd AOR No is not working but 1st AOR No is ok to access ecas !

No one knows what sort of surprise is waiting for us . Is it Refusal letter on the plea of JD or MR letter or mere system error? Time will give the answer !

Dear friends,

Thanks all of you. Your words have inspired me. May God make your dream a success. I know how painful it is to wait so long and how agonizing if they treat you today when it was supposed to do 2 years ago.

Best of luck for all of my friends.

Hi Deba_avik,

After a long break, I have started watching this forum for last couple of days. Today, when I checked, I was shocked by this news. This is a bad news for all the pre-june applicants. Just be patient. Within few weeks new job list will be published and hopefully your noc will be there. This is not the end. Tomorrow new sun will rise, new hope will start.

sMark.
