Urgent, Please help

Hi All,

I sent my full documents to Singapore VISA Office 12 Apl. Yesterday I received a letter in which it is noted that I must take IELTS in the 60 days. Please help me:

1- would it be possible to let me know the useful books for the IELTS?
2- General or Academic, which one is better for me?
3- how can I register in Singapore for IELTS?

You should have completed your IELTS previously. 60 days is vary short time, Register for ILTS ASAP, Go contact your nearest BC or IDP Examination center, you can find it on http://www.ielts.org/test_centre_search/search_results.aspx?TestCentreSearchSubRegion=fdee31aa-b7dc-4f35-934b-353e84af3b8e. You might not get any date for next 30 days, and it take 13 days to get the result after u sit for the exam.

So you need to hurry to complete the test in time. And by the way you need to sit for the General Test.

use this link to prepare but u need to collect the Cambridge IELTS preparation kit (4 Books or 7 Books) to be ready properly.

As i am in tension because my IELTS date is 23rd July 2009.
My full doc receive by VO singapore is 5th May 2010, i received letter from VO 10th may.
yet my status is : Received by Visa Office.

Tension wont do anything to your cause.
Go and take the test. Take a good night sleep before the test.
eat a good breakfast and take it !
IELTS is nothing but a language test, no maths no science !

Yesterday, I reegistered for the IELTS. General Training. It is really tough. You know, I am losing my chance in this cease...

I got worst kind of proficiency in English language ,yet I got High proficiency in three bands and Moderate in listening .So what I would like to let you know that go for it as if you have to achieve that desired band at any cost .

see what goal said to you and jnathan to moshiur.

so don't be depressed... set your target and try to stick to it. thinking positively will help you to achieve the goal.

i just studied Cambridge IELTS (vol-1 to 7) and the book "Ace the IELTS". that helped me a lot. i scored high in reading and speaking and moderate in listening and writing. try to follow those books. it may help you.

Hi Moshiur,

I did not submit IELTS score at all. Since you toke the exam already, I will appreciate if drop me your constructive comments on the exams. You know, I am badly in need of the score. I was expecting that they will accept my case without the IELTS. So I did not prticipate at the exam at all.

When did you sent your full docs to VO?
