Bank Draft er jonno ki STD Bank a account thak tay ho.

No need to have your personal acc in Standard Chartered Bank.(Visa office only accept SCB issued Draft).
You can use any of your friend's or relatives account.
I had got my draft done yesterday.The Bank Officer were asking for my original passport.He may verify the doc.
I gave him a photocopy of passport page containing my details,photocopy of the letters issued from visa office and a particular one which stated how much permanent resident fees you have to pay.Pls take the copy of the money receipt of your medical done recently.Don't forget to take a photocopy of your initial application form that you have completed for permanent residence (Generic).

Not always. I was asked to provide the copy of the original application form (though they refunded instantly). Moreover National ID Cards' photocopies, Original Passports' photocopies, Fee Payment Form (Invoice of Payment). It is also wise to carry marriage Certificate's photocopy to be in the safe side because its depend on officers' wish. Hope it will work.
