if I dont have any account in standard chartered bank can I do the bank draft from standard chartered bank

Most probably you can't do it , I am not sure . But in my case , I had to open a bank account and then I made a draft . e-statement are also a good one but opening a bank account costs 25000BDT. I came to know an agent serving in the SCB who made the account opening possible for me and I deposited only 5000 and the rest was mangaed by the agent .It took 7 days .After that I made a draft from SCB . I know there are some other experienced members who will put expertise advice .

it is perfectly okay ! all you have to do is waiting and patience ! your file is pending now and when time permits by the cic it will be reviewed for in process ! so just chill !

Hmmmm very similar to my case except NOC. My one is 1111 (Accountant). It is more interesting bcoz timeline is same as yours. Only I got In Process on 19 July...and inside like yours. Good luck!!!! Replied your PM.. Pls reply me as well.

I have been seeing this statement from Oct 10. Although my status changed to in process at April,11. Its been almost 11 months i have been seeing the same statement..Dont worry..Inshallah we will get the MR soon..

Thanks for suggestion. But i am amazed to see their system. My friend (same profession) applied one month later to me but he finished his medical i month back and asked for passport. Another friend already submitted passport who applied just 15 days earlier to me.. What is the criteria of reviewing files... "Daibochoyon" ???????????????????

Thank you for yr suggestion, bro. I went through some notes of caips from friends, seemed to be ambiguous. I don't dare to apply coz I shall have to understand those peculiar comments...ha ha ha ha

No one like to find oneself in the position too. If I were in this position , I will definitely order for caips notes anyway. something going wrong over there . In my case I sent at least 5 csae specfic inquiry for my second AOR and later I found that my AOR was missed in delivery. later the visa office sent a PDF copy on request . I am not sure if you are missing any docs like this . Don't be confused for such an example ! Dear ,please keep contact with the postal services and make it sure that you are not misssing something . Send a cased specific enquiry if it is not done yet informing that you have not heard anyhting from the visa office since then. then relax!

A good idea too! but caips notes are the scenario of case processing .It may provide you with a general picture what is done on your application and what is done to be asked .wishes for a faster processing !anyway

my application filed on 22nd nov,2010,and my status in ecas is "in process" from early july 2011, in ecas in process status detail they stated process from june 29,2011 , but still I did not receive any MR request letter from SGVO. any suggestion please.

In my case , the visa office sent medical request after 1.5 months. in some other applicants case , the visa office sent MR within 2 months . So expect MR within this month if things are ok. Keep contact the local postal service for avoiding delay.

oops! something wrong with your perception about the price . lawpoint dedmands 25 USD and they will provide notes within 45 days .isnt it?
