Dear all ,
I applied September2006 as a FSW NOC 7312 ( Heavy duty equipment ) and now waiting for medical till today.i collect CAIPS and its due to BDEC=0, OREQ=0, SELDEC=0,MEDDEC=0, FINDEC=0, PSDEC=1,IMM 1017S REQUESTED. SO WHAT actually going on my file can any body tell me please?

Most of the pre June 2010 applicants have come from NOC 0111, 4131, 0213.
More than Enough of these professionals have entered into Canada from 2008-2011 ( May, June). CIC is not feeling like letting more of them getting into Canada in 2011. This is same for all the CHC's around the world.

Seeing these NOC's missing out from the Post June 2011 list gives the clear hint that they wouldnt need those professionals in the next one year or so.

what if some one does not fall into this noc catagory , i mean what about others , i mean for the pre june applicant ?

Kokopeace has just confirmed me that his MR was issued on 29th june...just 1 day after his ecas changed into In Process

so MAYBE there is a chance that the SGVO actually look at the files before the ECAS changes to "IP", for those who pass the VO eligibility review they will put the files in queue, while for those who fail they will notify the applicants.

As for who will go for IP, they have a quota planning, meaning every month only limited numbers can be processed. And for some lucky ones (and for reasons we do not know) they go immediately IP then MR, while for unlucky ones may go through background check even security check which takes longer time.

I notice some applicants seem have none or very short period of RBVO status, for me it seems that VO made some "error" that they count their eligibility reveiw as IP which is different from most of those who received MR just few days after real IP.

Anybody comments?
