Thanks a lot for your suggestion. would that be a issue with the immigration if i first land in Toronto or Calgary and then go to Winnipeg, as because i got nominated by Manitoba Province.

So far I know you can use any Canadian port of entry regardless of any route EXCEPT Quebec

Regards

If the card international part is not open , then it will not make the transaction. Again confirm with the bank.
I had faced the same situation.
Try with any visa or master card.

Dear experienced brothers,
Could anybody give the information about endorsing CAD & USD? ( what the process that have to be go through)

Thanking with regards

If you buy any currency from any Bank then they will endorse it in your passport against your annual travel quota. Most probably bank can endorse highest USD5000 or equivalent any currency at a time against cash/TC but if anybody wants endorse against their credit card then full amount can endorse by issuer bank (i.e. USD7000)

From any money exchanger they only can endorse USD1000 so far I know.

Experienced members could provide you more info..

Thanks brother for your prompt reply. Can you also let me know to be eligible to apply for citizenship, how many times do i have to spend in Canada in 5 years. What is the new rule?

Hi Bro,

There are two parts here - 1) Citizenship & 2) Permanent residency (PR) status

Recently The Citizenship rules has changed, now new rules as below ~

To be eligible for Canadian citizenship, you must have been physically present in Canada as a permanent resident for at least 1,460 days in the six years immediately before the date of your application. You must also have been physically present in Canada as a permanent resident for 183 days in each of four calendar years that are fully or partially within the six years immediately before the date of your application.

Minimum residency (PR) obligations

You must meet the residency obligation to obtain a Permanent Resident Card.

If you have been a permanent resident for five (5) years or more
• you must have been physically present in Canada for a minimum of 730 days within the past five (5) years.

If you have been a permanent resident for less than five (5) years
• you must show that you will be able to meet the minimum of 730 days of physical presence in Canada within five (5) years of the date you became a permanent resident.

Hope it may help you to understand...

Best of luck.

Not too much Bro,

CAD40 = USD30 = TK.2425...
Extra USD5 = 400TK.
Should I try with it? Do they've smooth payment options?

Why not, though you tried before from another service center and you didn't succeed!

Best of luck
