Both of us received docs Request.. Rumel bhai received docs request just after 30 days from my request date

SGVO Received my additional docs almost 1 month ago...

I cannot see a second line in the client status still, it just states your application was received on 5th sept....if that is what you mean. Or is there any other place i shud check?

Thanks Shamrajjo vai for your suggestion. But I have a question. Hope you can give me solution of the questions.

Q 1. Where should I send the papers?

Q 2. Do I have to send those papers with a forwarding letter?? If yes, what should be the format?

Q 3. Do I need to provide the previous papers photocopy?? because my salary is increased than before, so if I send again the salary certificate there will be a mismatch.

Q 4. My boss/ line manager need to provide any forwarding letter??

And finally, do you or any one you know have the reference letter for NOC 2281. Because I don't want to take any risk now. please help me brother. Thanks in advance

Don't know either you have received your additional documents query from VO or not however please follow your answer as below -

1. Please prepare a cover letter and send in both ways by raise CSE and courier..

2. Yes you need to make a cover letter to “Visa officer” (as an application) and explain why you want to provide these information included your additional documents.

3. No, you don’t need to copy your previous information. Those are already have in VO. You need to provide all updated latest information included your JOB reference letter.

4. Yes you line manager/boss can provide you separate your job duty in details. And meantime you need to get a separate reference letter from your HR/Hear of company.

Further your clarification I would suggest you to communicate with same NOC in this forum or other sources could help you in details. Even if you have doubt about your further clarification on all related query then suggest to discuss with a good lawyer.

Im applyed on 18TH DECEMBER under university lecturer NOC. I launched my application on 18th December & from DHL i know the percel received on 22nd December. But till now there are no received letter from CIC. It's been more than 3 months.....What should i do?

Hi Bro,

This is just you are passing 80 days after your application has received by CIC. Still there is time to received your PER if there is no CAPPED.

However please find your way to communicate with CIC

Please include below info on the email body:

Over Phone:

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 1 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Dear Brother,

First of all, the medical results will be submitted to the CIC by the concerned doctors here in Bangladesh electronically by their own. You just need to do the medical tests here, thats it. No need to collect your medical results by you, so no question of sending medical reports by you. Few days later you can check eCAS for medical reports update. And yes, you have to submit requested papers parallelly within specified time.

Secondly, there is no instruction regarding envelope measurement. So you can use the regular one.

Finally, as the passports not requested yet, so you have to wait for the request to send.

Then updated the change in my family composition in first week of march,15
What is the possible time frame of job/experience verification from SGVO?

I have applied in NOC 2281 and I have three years of experience in core network of a financial organization, 1 year in Information security related to network and 1 and half years in IT Project Management. Since my application has been initially accepted by CIC Canada, what are the chances of getting refusal letter from SGVO? I am worried cause recently I have heard of some cases where Job experience letter is requested from NOC 2281 applicant by SGVO.

Also let me how long it possibly takes to get MR?
