Hi Gurus!

My App package reached CIC on 7th May '14. According to "FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet" currently 12 May applications are being processed. Does this mean my application is declined by now?

Notarization is not mandatory....This is completely optional....

For the both cases there is lots of successful applicants...And there is no chances to be rejected for the absence of notarization.....

Thank you :)

No brother, you can't say that. If you were a CC user, I would say most probably. I guess, you have done your DD from SCB who do not cooperate about the status of DD encashment.

Right now, PER is being issued for 7th May applicants. Keep on waiting for this. It possibly take 2 more week to complete issuing PER for 7th May.

So, wait and relax. You can also send e-mail to cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca to know about your status. Mention your Full Name. DoB, and Passport Number/UCI. You will get response within 40 days.

Hello,
I will be really grateful if you people could help me with my questions and confusions which are-

1.I have attended IELTS exam with my older passport but I'm changing my passport because of the change in my marital status. Is it going to be a problem???????

2.Me and my wife are living in separate cities which makes our present address different but our permanent address is same. Is it a problem??

3.If we change our present address in future do we need to inform CIC and is it mandatory to change the address mentioned in passport??? Do the present address mentioned in passport and the actual present address have to be same???

In the global spreadsheet for FSW14 applicants, it seems someone has been issued canadian visa. Within just 3months. I wish ours were this fast!! Damn you SGVO!!! Why so slow!!!! >:(

1. NO. Your new passport will have the old passport number.
2. NO.
3. If you change the address, you will need to inform Singapore VO. For change of address, it is not mandatory to change passport.

Hello,

I have passed from Military Institute of Science and Technology which is under Bangladesh University of Professionals. Now in my WES credential it is written that my BSc. is awarded from Bangladesh University of professionals. But when I will fill up the education section in background declaration what will I write under the section 'Institute name'? If I write MIST then it doesn't match with WES credential.

And is the single page saying 'Canadian equivalency = bachelor degree 4 years' is the WES credential? there is a writing that transcripts are only sent to the educational institutions. what does it mean? do I need to collect Canadian equivalent transcript from my institute? did they send it there?

Thank You :)

Well, was easier than I thought. I knew the guy personally who drafted my DD. Went to the branch asked him and Two days later he confrimed (funny, I was so excited I forgot to ask when was the DD encashed) : :P

my application was received by CIC on 16th June 2014 and yet to receive any acknowledgement from CIC. Can anyone tell approximately how long it takes to receive it.

Thanks.
