Is Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) benefit for new immigrant ??? is this free or cost related ?? is there office in dhaka ?? they want application file number is this ok or not ???

please advice about this program am i join there or not ??/

plz plz plz

I am sharing my experience that one should consider before mailing the documents to CIC:

1. No bank will process money order in CAD on Sunday.

2. For money order u just need the generic form, application fee form and also ur passport.

3. It is not true that FEDEX or DHL deliver their mail within 2/3 working days. In fact it depends on their schedule. It may be 3 days to 7 or 8 days.

4. The mailing cost depends on the weight of ur documents.

Thanks.

Application Details

4. Immigration Office requested for processing this application – CHC-Singapore (Write only Singapore)
7. a) b) c) → Blank (if you answer on 6. a) any province other than QC, it will become blank automatically)

Personal Details

10. Other → Blank (Choose current country 'Bangladesh' & 'Citizen' as Status. 10 & 11 will automatically become blank)
11. Blank (Choose current country 'Bangladesh' & 'Citizen' as Status. 10 & 11 will automatically become blank)

National Identity Document

5. Expiry Date (You can put expiry date 15 years from the date of issuance)

Education/Occupation Detail

2. Number of Years of education in total → 18/19 As I completed 1 Year Master's & 2 Years MBA at a time. (not sure)

Dependents

10. b) → Blank (if you are single you can click "Remove dependent")
12. Dependent Type → Blank (if you are single you can click "Remove dependent")

2. SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / DECLARATION

6. e) Applied for USA Visit Visa and refused → Should I select Yes/No? (Select Yes, and fill out the details at bottom. don't worry this will not have any negative effect)

12. From To → 2004 05 (I did not understand the question here)

Tried to answer as much as I could. :)

Tip: Never leave any box blank while filling out an application. If a box or area does not apply to you, write "Not Applicable" or "N/A". If you leave a box blank, the visa officer may think, you have forgotten to fill out that space. This may cause unnecessary delays on your application.

Yes you can join CIIP without any worry. They are designated by Government of Canada. They help you, prepare your future life upon arriving in Canada. It is FREE of cost. A lot of Bangladeshi applicants have joined this program in the past.

They do not have any office in Bangladesh, but they do in India. If we have enough applicants, they will arrange seminars in Dhaka.

The Canadian Immigrant Integration Program (CIIP) helps plan for successful immigration to Canada. CIIP is a comprehensive pre-departure service for newcomers made available by the Government of Canada at no charge. The program provides free pre-departure orientation to Skilled Workers, Provincial Nominees, and their spouses and adult dependants. It helps immigrants better prepare for economic success by providing information, planning, and online support through partners in Canada while still in their country of origin. If you applied as a Skilled Worker or Provincial Nominee, register now for a free pre-departure orientation and planning session: www.newcomersuccess.ca

When I registered with WES & made payment for ECA, on May 5th, their website said, they require 10 business days to issue ECA.
Now they are saying they need 20 days to process an ECA report.

" ADVISORY FROM WES
Please be advised that due to extremely high volume for FSWP, credential assessments are now estimated to take 20 business days from the time of receipt and acceptance of all required documents and payment.
We are making every effort to complete reports as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but thank you for your patience. "

WES received my documents at 10:35 AM, on 20th May, delivered by UPS.
They mailed my university with "Document verification Request" on May 29. I rushed to Dhaka University & managed the verification response to be sent on the same day. Now my WES account says, They have received all required documents & they've accepted the verification from university.

But, the problem is:
Evaluation Status: Evaluation in Progress. The estimated completion date of your evaluation report is: June 30, 2014.

That is, I'll have to wait about 40+ days to get my ECA ? :-[ (From May 20th to June 30th)

I want to apply under 1114: 'Other financial officers', which gets filled up sooner then many other NOC's.

So, I'm really scared & worried :( I've prepared all other doc's except this ECA & are they going to spoil my dream ?

But which boxes are automatically disabled , cannot write even NA , what should be the solution ?

Brother,

GGoodddd thing is that they usually say more/extended time ....Ur evaluation should be on ur hand/on ur house between this time...:)

Just calm down...Also ur NOC is a bit less demanded....So that is also a plus point...

So stay relax and cool.... 8) 8)

I can see "iamroth" has answered most of your questions. But I think there is a confusion. Though I am not expert/senior, but I believe SCHEDULE A 6(d) for VISA refusals & 6(e) for refused admission.

If you have refused USA visa then tick 6(d).

6(e) for people who had the visa but were refused admission to enter OR ordered to leave the country.

Dear Bro,

2/3 days ago, I asked in this forum whether the supporting documents should be attested or notarized or just photocopies? Then one of our senior members told that just photocopies will serve the purpose. Now I'm getting confused while you are sending notarized documents.

I would like to request the senior members to express their opinion regarding this issue.

Thanks in advance//
