Congratz to Casayed, Sohel bhai & Nivrit on receiiving your pack of joy!

For some reasons unknown SVO has given me only 45 days to complete medical & others! Now this is gonna be really a tough challenge for me cuz the letter was sent on 6th Nov & my consultant received it on 2nd Dec! I haven't received the physical docs yet. Hopefully um gonna receive it tomorrow. Now my dear fellas, pls suggest me what my action plan shud be!!! ??? Can I start working with the soft copies of the medical forms? Do I hav to take a prior appoinment with Dr. Wahab for med check? What is the quickest process to get PCC?

Do not worry & stay cool, inshallah you can done the job( medical, PCC, RPRF,...) in 7 days and it is possible

ar apni doctor hoye thakle to kono kothay nai....canada te doctor er licence paoa ar chad joy kora aki kotha. ;D

I know what you have told. Yeah, I am a doctor and a 'Cardio-vascular surgeon'. For a surgeon it is much more tough to get license in Canada. But as I am at the verge of my degree and I have gone through much hardship for this for the last 7-8 years, I think I must complete it whether it will be helpful or not in Canada. Even if I decide to work in any other country like the KSA, Oman or Malaysia (as a Canadian citizen) this degree might be helpful. Moreover, it will not differ a lot if I land in January or May, because I will definitely miss the Winter and Summer semesters for admission. But I am also dying to land as early as possible.

Taratari PCC er jonne joma den. apnar to kono somoi nai. Amar consultant er kas thekeo ami 1 month pore doc. paisi (MR issue date er pore). But it was their fault/carelessness. Amar to mone hoi, CSI kore somoi baranor dorkar. Issue houar por eto deri holo keno bujhlam na. Experts please advise.

Parag bhai, yea I know um late... I checked canada post tracking website to dig out why it took so much time for the docs to reach canada. The doc reached Vancouber within 9 days & in Vancouber it was stuck for 15 days for customs check! What the heck!

Were you also given 45 days? I used to know they give 60 days to complete med & other formalities. Now um left with only 14 days...Anyway, hopefully 1 week'er bhetor complete korte parbo. Apni ki scanned medical forms diye med check korte perechhilen?

You don't need to take any prio appointment with Dr. Wahab. You can any weekdays from 10 Am - 12 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM as I remember . Apply for PCC now . Just print out the form and fill up and make 500 taka chalan in Shonali bank and go to the DMP office it will take 7 days to receive PCC . Hi ruparupa,

This is really unfortunate that your consultant received it after 26 days! What is the reason for this delay? This is ridiculous....

Anyway, please DO NO waste a single moment from now on....I believe you should start working on your (i) medical, (ii) RPRF (if applicable), (iii) PCC (if applicable), (iv) picture, (v) others (if required).

Medical: Not required to take prior appointment from Dr. Wahab. But you can call and check with them whether it is possible to complete your medical with the scanned copies of the medical request. One of my friends did so....

PCC: In the early morning of Sunday, made the bank draft from PCC. For more detail, please check the link below:

RPRF: Soon after of your medical, you can complete the bank draft/pay order for RPRF. Please note that CIC only accept it from Standard Chartered Bank.

1-2201-0001-2681 account number to deposit Tks 500 for you and your spouse each for PCC.
I think if you start from Sunday , it will take max 7-8 days to complete all formalities.

Photo + RPRF + Med Test + PNWS = can be completed in 1 day.

PCC : 7 days from the date of application !

Hmmm..! That's why they took it so long. No, I was given 60 days to submit. May be, this is because, they want to you to submit all by this year closing. Ami medical korsi, doc. hate pawar por. My issue date 09 Oct. I did medical 13 Nov. I think sunday er age kisu korte parben na. You can deposit treasury challan and submit application for PCC on the same day. Apnake to abar shob kisu pathate hobe via your canada consultant. PNWS na chaile to kono jhamelai nai. Most of here in this forum have been fighting with PNWS. Dorkar hole double check with your consultant re. Personal net worth statement, whether it is required or not. Kono tension nien na. Just plan to utilize every single hour.

PCC taka joma deyar code number/ Account number. Sonali bank er chaallan e ei code number lekhar jonno space deya thakbe and also need to write name , address and amount of money. Its so simple ! Kono confusion hole bank officer guide korbe on spot. Tobe Sonali Bank, Foreign Ex branch e queue onek boro...so you can think about other branches as well.
