Very confusing question. you're asked to submit your passport to SGVO but not your wife i assume as she is studying in Canada.

Please tell us bit more. Are you a sponsored husband? or both you and your wife is sponsored? You applied under which category?

My NOC 4121.Filed application 2012. My got scholarship from CA and studying there from Jan 2012.

I am doing job here in BD. During medical submission i did it from BD and my wife did it from CAN.

So how me and my wife can submit our Passport from two different locations i.e. Canada and Bangladesh.

IMO, you can submit it yourself with a authorization letter signed by your wife. you can get it from Ministry of Home Affairs. It gives you permission if you want to send by courier or want to carry another one's passport. I have no idea if you need authorization letter to submit passport via VFS on behalf.

Anyway, it would be great if some expert advice here who face similar situation.

By the grace of Allah, I have received my passport with visa stamp on Sept 19, 2012. I submitted my passport through VFS and it took about a month to get back the passport from Singapore. I would like to thank you all for your help and moral support throughout the process. My best wishes and prayer for all of you whose applications are still being processed and hope that it will be over soon with a positive outcome. Please pray for me so that I can have very good start in Canada. Thank you.

Congratulation, best of luck for the future ahead.

Regards
