As you know from my last post in this thread i have not recd my letter which has sent by cic office on 27 nov 09 it is alraeay late by 43 days

can caips will be helpful to me , what will be the cost if i want the information within 2-3 days , what is the procedure

Hi Sajneeva and Rocky,

Can you please suggest me what can i do in the following situation.

1. Attended for Medical on Nov 4.
2. Sent the RPRF, Passport and Proof of Funds on 26 Nov.

Upto now I didn't get any updates from cic delhi. I enquired with my friends. They told, because of Christmas and Jan 1st they won't work. I will get within one week. Also, I have shown proof of funds as fixed bond. It is expried on 6 th January. Is it any problem.

there r many ppl like u waiting for the visa. i myself submitted my ppt on 15/12/09, accounts has submitted in the first week of dec. then there is jigna who submitted ppt almost 4 months back. so just wait till the end of jan, hopefully we'll all receive visas by then.

all they want is u to take the reqd funds with u when u land in Canada. as ur bonds r matured, they r liquid now and u can encash them when u want. so that's not a problem, but a plus point in my view.

If your bond is expired & you got the money, Got it deposited in FDR or some temporary deposit fixed in nature, but should not be prone to market risks.
Deposit the proceeds in highly liquid investments. say FDr for 30 days or so

See ordering CAIPS will not benefit you since you do not have a file number yet. Its very important to have a file number. I suggested you in one of my previous post to call CPC sydney in Canada and have you called them yet or not. As they will be the best once to let you know about your case.

No problem with funds they are perfectly fine. Well you should get the visa soon. If you insist you can send a case specific inquiry to CHC ND asking about your case.

Hello rocky i think you have not read my previous post i applied in july 08 & already got my file number now from last 8 month my ecas status show application recieved but my status now from one month changed to cio elegibelity review & they send me a letter regarding that on 27nov 2009 but i have not received the letter on till date may be there is a rejection in the letter but if there they approved my case and send me letter for further documents than i already lapse 45 days as letter waas dispatched on 27 th nov
therefore i was asking for caips note to know my exact position
