you mean we can send rprf receipt via email or CSE? have you heard of any one that did same and the payment acknowledged? i thought its strictly by courier!! please let's share our view on this
Still you can ask someone to pay for you from Canada, the person will just use your email address and you'll get the receipt immediately. You can send it through CSE or email them attaching the photo of the receipt.

I sent mine through email and CSE and it acknowledged in few days..and I could log in with the receipt number.

Mine was not acknowledged but i tried logging in into my ECAS with it and it worked.
