Passed Medicals on July 3rd.

lol. Why do u need to hear direct from the horse's mouth? What are your doubts? As long as the CIC website accepts the card and generates a receipt for you, you are alright.

Oh yeah. I am sorry. I just replied you because I know someone that paid with gt bank naira master card just recently. The exchange rate at that time was N299/CAD
I am sure you'll get a 1st person testimony soon.
