Yes. I've done that. Still waiting for reply. They replied that it takes 28 days to reply Specific case enquiry, i've sent a mail before then and they replied it's still under process. Thanks and cheers.

Dear sis, i tried reaching Accra via the phone number provided in the earlier replied to my mail but was directed to send my enquiry via email which i reluctantly did yesterday. The waiting is really frustrating after 16 months and hidden other plans. I pray we all get a speedy processing soonest.

Please what is the email that you sent your enquiry to. I need this as I have to get in touch with Accra visa office. They received my dependants passports since Jan 4, 2017 and I haven't received any pick up mail from them. I already got tickets for their trip to Canada. I am just wondering when they will return their passports as they need to be in CAD by the end of February.
Pls would you be kind enough to send me Accra visa office email.
