after creating account they sent me verification code on my email then
I put this and window go forward and then asking me for
"EE profile number" and "Job seeker validation code" (this is not with me)

Look for a message in the lower half of the page below the table where it shows whether you have met FSW requirements.

And Upon checking the page titled, "Application/profile details" (the Table), it now says my Application/profile status is "Open" & Job Bank Registration "Accepted"

Is this completed, Final and ok.

And now I have to wait till ITA.

This means that you need to send to WES directly the copy of your diploma and your institution or your school needs to send directly the copy of your transcript directly to WES. They will update everything on their site once they received all the documents. Make sure that your school is the one who will send it directly or the sender is YOUR SCHOOL'S NAME, NOT YOU OR NOT ANYONE RELATED TO YOU. What we did was I asked my sister to do it for me since i was in Canada already. I filled up the form and sent it to her and she printed it out and bring to my former school. When the TOR was released, Registrar called my sister to pick it up which is already in the envelope and that envelope has the name of the school as the sender bearing signature of the authorized person and my sister sealed the envelope and send it via fedex. Thats what i did.

You have to send a copy of transcripts and certificates by yourself only if WES request that for your country (it's country specific requirement); otherwise no need to send.

tor is not needed to be sent by me. im from philippines too. only diploma and school for TOR to match everything by WES
