Thank you for reply. After uploading one document in my application I did not find "Next" button. And when I uploaded both the document I found the "Next" button. Do you know any registered translator in Bangladesh authorized by CIC.

No I don't, but here's the procedure required by CIC:

(There is no list of CIC authorised translators in Bangladesh, afaik.)

Hello Guys,

First, I would like to thank each one of you for making this forum a better place where we can solve each other issues/queries.

I would appreciate if you guys can help me as well to fill my doubts.

I am Saurabh Gairola, age 29 from New Delhi (India), currently working in a MNC shared service center in Finance & Accounting function. My total experience is about to touch 5 years now. About my education, I have completed my B.Com(Hons) from University of Delhi in 2006 & MBA from Maharshi Dayanand University in 2010. I am also pursuing CMA(Cost & Management Accountant) Final from India which was previously known as CWA (Cost & Works Accountants). I guess I will come under Accountant occupation

Questions:

1. Should I wait for 1-2year to start the process as my CMA will get complete or shall I login my file instantly on the basis of my current education & experience.

2. If I start my process now, who would be the ECA authority to assess my qualifications. will it be WES ?

3. I know that General exam of IELTS is mandatory but from which institution, British council or IDP ?

4. If all goes well, after creating my profile under express entry system, how can I also apply for provincial/states jobs ?

5. How comphrensive points system works ? Currently I have seen a score of 451 out of 600 which was closed in July'15.

6. If I mentioned in every application that I am married, Does anyone ask that why you are not including her in your application ?


Please correct If am wrong, first Step would be ECA, then IELTS, Express Entry profile, register myself in Job bank, ITA, VISA FEES. and when does the File number comes ?

I would appreciate if you can help with the above questions, I met 2-3 immigration consultants here in Delhi but I doubt them as one says things differently and vice-versa.

I would be grateful if you can be my pathfinder to way to CANADA.

Number of invitation is huge as the target set by them, they have to invite 400 scorers (may be even bellow) if they want to fulfill their target but if they don't bother with their target then it's different case.
Moreover, as their report says, " a large number of foreign nationals already working in Canada have received invitations to apply......" which indicates inland applicants are decreasing.

To be submitted to WES by applicant.

does this mean my school and myself has to submit copies of my diploma, transcript etc? or can I request a copy of those docs from my school and submit it directly to WES? thanks in advance for enlightening me.

If you read the report those numbers came from, you will find the following information concerning targets:

During this initial start-up period, it is expected that the majority of admissions in 2015 are likely to come from applications submitted before January 1, 2015, i.e. not through Express Entry.

I said it seems... ;they also mentioned that " ..over the coming months, the size of the pool is expected to remain large offering a broad range of candidates...." these large pool must not be from previous applicants.

Experts, need some help. I have ITA and will submit all docs this week but need few clarifications :

1. I have worked in only one org having 5 roles/designations but in a single company. There is a reference on cic website where it says there shud be one doc for one org thus I have got one job reference letter covering everything for all roles. But when I go to upload doc section, there are separate upload sections for all 5 of these roles separately. Shud I upload the same document in all 5 upload boxes or am I missing anything?

2. On the passport upload section, it says to upload a copy of valid passport with all visa markings. My previous passport has a valid visa. Should I..
a. Upload my new current passport only
B. Upload my current and previous passport
C. Upload all passports

3. My spouse application for FSW 14 was rejected due to payment during the initial evaluation step (bank declined credit card txn). I was included in the application. There is a section where it asks for some ref. no if applicant applied previously. Should we say yes or no, if yes, what shud we do for the ref. no as we were never given any ref no ..uci /ecas something like this.
Appreciate some help.

My question is that my EE is complete or any other work is still remained at my end. And my application is entered in the draw pool for next coming draws.
