Since we know the rates of ITA influx (sort of), we can calculate the expected numbers of ITAs for each cut-off score and date of draw.

If we have the 12th draw on July 10;

Cut-off # of ITAs
755 544
482 716
469 996
453 2006

If we have the 12th draw on July 17;

Cut-off # of ITAs
755 817
482 1073
469 1494
453 2589

If we have the 12th draw on July 24;

Cut-off # of ITAs
755 1089
482 1431
469 1993
453 3171

Obviously, the longer they wait, the higher the likely cut-off scores become. This is simply because of the accumulation of qualified applicants. We have a large backlog of about 950 applicants with scores between 453 and 469 as of today. We haven't had anything for this group since April 17.

Hi there!

May I ask how the job bank works? And do you know anyone who got an offer from the job bank?

Any hope for applicants in the range of 430 to 450???

When will the scores drop to 430s....if ever :-[

Try and not post the same questions everywhere.

Job bank functionality is not completely active yet. For now, users are asked to create a profile during their EE setup process. After you activate the job bank profile, you will start getting job matches and you will also be able to search for jobs. The most expected functionality of employers being able to search for candidates and inviting them for an interview is still not available.

I can recall just 1 member on the forum having reported about securing a job from the job bank. But that was just an isolated post, no further updates on that.

Does anybody know what are the maximum points one may score solely on basis on first lanaguage?

Maximum IELTS score is 9. (=24 points for FSW).

I don't quite understand your question/133 points?

Thank you Lammawitch!

I am already in the pool. And my EE profile page shows 133 points for language.

The highest you can score as a single applicant is 136. I You're losing 3 points on Reading. An 8 in Reading would have got you those 3 points.

Currently there is a huge backlog of applicants (>6600) in that score range. CIC has to at least double the rate of ITA issuance to reach there. When they do accelerate it (if ever), simple calculations can easily spot it, and I will post it here.

I'm in the same boat.

Dear All

I have got ITA. In my Express Entry application I have mentioned NOC 2174 as my occupation and in experience 8 years (4 companies) in NOC 2174 and 1 year in NOC 2171. But in my provincial nomination it was mentioned NOC 2173 and they instructed me to keep similarity in the NOC code of both Express Entry application and provincial nomination. When I am filling up ITA application should I modify my NOC? Should I change all NOC 2174 to NOC 2173 and keep the 2171 as it is?

Can you please tell me how long it would take to accomplish all the process if I fill up application and send all required documents with in two weeks?
I have to stay till December to complete my EMBA.

From where I would get Medical exam form?

When I will get check-list of all required documents? Is it after submitting my application?

Please advise me.

Kind regards
Zahid

How did you get this info? Could you please share the source?

I first calculated the rate of influx of applicants with CRS scores higher than 453. You can find the details of the calculations in my previous posts. In the last 6 months the rate has been around 78 applicants per day in the multiple time points I calculated, and accordingly the total ITA count as of June 26th is ~13000.

Now, the spread sheet on this forum has a nice distribution curve of CRS scores. The distribution might be biased to some extent as the entries were not randomly selected, but otherwise I assumed it is statistically reasonable as the sample size is quite large (> 1200).

From the distribution one can easily estimate the number of backlogs at any score range by calculating a ratio of the counts in the range to the counts above 453. For example, there are 225 counts of scores above 453 in the spread sheet. If you want to estimate the number of backlogs between 434 and 452, for example, count the number of entries in that range (110) and calculate a ratio to the number of entries above 453 (0.49). If you use the total ITA counts (12928), then multiplying the count to the ratio yields 6320 backlogs as of June 26th. If you use the rate of influx, then (0.49 * 78 applicants/day * 193 days) gives 7360 backlogs as of today.
