What's happening with CIC!! No draw last night

Its been almost a month since the last draw.

Girish,how is it possible max score is 128 for 1st language skills.I got 98 for CLB 8 and max score is 128 for CLB 10or more,
so even if CLB 9 may be 5-10 pointsat max.Please let me know if u think someother calculation..in that case i may also think of

Shyam, in addition to language points, you get 50 or so additional points under "Skills Transferability Factors" if you achieve CLB 9 in all 4 sections.
Try keying in min IELTS scores for CLB 9 in the tool and check.

I am going to apply for Express Entry but I am confused about PN (province nominee). What is this? My brother is in alberta. I want to know if he can sponsor me or not? Can anybody please let me know how and who can come under PN? If I want to apply under Express Entry how can I get 600 score by PN?

I was reading on cic website and I saw a line written there "be nominated by a specific Canadian province or territory".

I am not sure about PN means for Alberta. I hope someone definitely know the answer.

HI Guys,

Need ur help here!!!

One of my friend wanted to apply under EE.

Our doubt is if we wanted t get ITA means, employer needs to show interest on profiles ranked from 453 to 600 to get selected or only achieving the rank between 453 to 600 will get u the ITA??? (Note: not considered 600 to 1200 as they already would have got employer letter)

In other words, if 100 people ranked between 453 to 600, all will get ITA?? or its NOC dependent??? because if one is falling under regulated profession and fall under the EE draw score, will he be given ITA even though he didn't clear the license exams???

I think your NOC is 0621, if this is correct then your job is a NOC O.

Hi please any one answer me my consultant is fooling me around i have mistakenly paid him the fees to process my application. I am scoring somewhere 340 points crs, what i need to know is can i apply for PNP from outside canada as i stay in india, if yes how many Provinces are open currently accepting application for skilled worker???

1) It is possible to apply for PNP from outside of Canada, however, it isn't easy to get a PNP certificate. Since, applicants from outside Canada do not gets points for 'adaptability', which involves showing residence/studies or close relatives in the province.

2) It would be important to work on your scores, if possible.

3) Also, Saskatchewan had their PNP program open for outside applicants but it got full in no time.

I don't intend to discourage you, but just wanted to make you aware of the ground reality.

It seems CIC is clearing backlogs. I hope there will be new rounds soon
