Unfortunately it's highly unlikely that ur file will be re-opened as your PC didn't meet the requested criteria. Just one quick question though, did you receive your cancellation email when your background check was showing 'in Progress ' in your mycic account?

Try to email and ask if it's possible to just send an updated one. If the reply is negative, then just submit a new application. Im sure you'll be invited soon

Not sure many people would have received an interview request for EE. Most interviews generally tend to do with employment verification. Which documents did you submit as proof of employment? Did u submit only a reference letter?

Yes, I only submitted my reference letters as proof of work experience.

So that's why you were called for an interview. Most people l know that submitted only reference letters were called for interviews. Don't worry, they want to verify the employment you are claiming points for. Just go with your payslips, tax returns etc and be prepared to answer questions relating to your job. Cheers.

I would like to suggest everybody applying Australia because Express Entry is a joke . It sucks everybody who lives outside canada .
