Whether CLB minimum requirement for all NOC B jobs is CLB 5?. Why i am asking this because jobs linke NOC 2283 (systems testing technicians) is also coming under NOC B.

Source from EE FAQ:

13. Will there be a list of eligible occupations for Express Entry?

No. Express Entry will not include an eligible occupation list or occupation caps at the time of launch.

To be eligible to enter the pool, Express Entry candidates must have skilled work experience in a National Occupational Code (NOC) 0, A or B occupation. Jobs offered to candidates in the pool must be in one of these categories.

Job offers are also subject to the LMIA requirements in place at that time.

Candidates must also meet the minimum language requirements (for NOC 0 and A occupations: CLB 7; for NOC B occupations: CLB 5).

Thanks...Could someone with a broader knowledge on EE help on the below questions?

I know that EE needs a profile to be created. Do we know how we create this profile or CIC is yet to publish the details?
My friend is yet to appear for IELTS. He has the following bands R-6; W-5; L-6; S-6.5; Is he eligible? He is planning to reappear in FEB. Can he first create a profile with his existing IELTS and then update once he receives the latest scores?
Is there a standard resume format needed for EE?
If I do not have a job offer and I have a score of 350+ what are my chances?

I would appreciate if someone having more knowledge on EE post some links here so that I could study this further or point me to a repository if already maintained.

If your occupation is as per NOC O or A, then you need 6 in each band. If your occupation is as per NOC B, then you are very much eligible. Any way, there is no harm in creating profile and posting in the EE pool.

Thanks for the useful information shared here.
since everyone seems to be in doubt about the registration process in EE ,this cud really help us out.
do anyone know what sort of fields will be there to filled so that we all must get ready prior with all the required information.

L-8
R-8
W-8
S-9
what would be the over all CLB
I am little confused ,is whether will be asked for overall CLB plz help
