Please help me out by solving my queries.

I am presently residing in dubai and working as a Registered Nurse. I came to know very late regarding Federal Skill worker immigatrion program. Till i completed the required docs the cap got closed. Now i have all my docs ready, even ILETS also given by me n my spouse. Express entry is very complicated procedure. Do I eligible to apply in express entry. Because this CRS criteria is very difficult and I donot have any job offer. What are the chances for those who doesnot have any job offer.

Kindly giude me in regards to any Consultant or Lawyer ho is good for immigration purposes in canada?

We have no alternative but to apply through express entry because of the cap and the time of the current FSW program is about to finish.
Please be positive about the new program and take your chance. It is possible for you to get a job offer even after entering the express entry pool and registering in the Job Bank.

Merry Christmas everyone..

Unfortunately, I did a silly mistake while preparing my file, I did send my file and it was received by CIC on 31st of October 2014, today I received back my returned file with letter stating that I didn't complete ((Schedule A: Background Declaration/Schedule)) for my spouse..
I was far from CIC website, and I just noticed the EE program..

Please need your advice concerning my case, here's my profile:

Married with one chile (1 year)
Me: CLB 8 , my wife CLB 7
Bachelor degree (ECA Report is ready)
8 years of experience, current occupation NOC: 0121 (What I applied before)

All the translations for the all the civilian documents are ready of course..

What do you think.. I'm really confused

Since you have everything ready, open an express entry profile in January.

You can also start your Spouse's ECA and add this point later.

may be you can try for Alberta nomination? Visit Alberta immigration website to know more. In Express entry there's no short list of occupation. So you can also apply for express entry un January.

Hi folks,

Few questions around express entry:-

1. I have masters in computer science and engineering (2 years) and a bachelors engineering in IT(4 years). Both outside Canada, will it be treated as two degrees post secondary education or just masters. I am interested in know this because in skill transferability there is a clause around having a second degree.

"Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer"

Will my masters and bachelors degree fulfil this clause?

2. I have ECA for masters but not explicitly for bachelors, do I need to get ECA for bachelors too?

3. I have applied for FSW, will it be possible for me to apply in EE as well. My NOC in FSW is near completion and my application is yet to be received.

4. My bank statement shows my name as Mr LASTNAME FIRSTNAME, will it be problem as proof of funds?

5. Lastly I heard in North America (US and Canada), people prefer taller folks as employees. I am just 4'11" inch tall, will I have trouble in getting a job even if my other attributes are fine?

Additional documents have to be provided after getting ITA,for first step IELTS and ECA are mandatory.
