My wes document will reach 23 december 2014. What is the possible date of getting my verification in hand? I am using normal postal delivery service.

After receiving your documents they will send verification request to the institution(your college or university). Considering Christmas holidays this can take two weeks. After this, your institutions will send reply to WES, and within two weeks WES will issue the report and mail to your address. I cant say how much time it takes via regular mail.

Am planning to send the documents of my bachelors degree to WES.
So can some one tell if my Semester wise transcripts, Consolidated marks memo and Provisional Certificates are sufficient enough
or should I pin some other documents related to my higher secondary or bachelors??

No. Your job needs to be in category NOC 0, A or B, doesnt have to be related to your education

higher secondary not needed but for bachelors you didn't mention about original degree certificate...? which i think is needed,

Lots of confusion in regards of IELTS requirement ,some says applicant have to achieve minimum ielts threshold where others argue that EE based on point system so no requirement of minimum ielts...Let me know whts the real scenario...I job is under category A and i already have approved LMIA...my ielts score is 5.5 below then clb level 7...

You need to attest your documents from your university/college/institution and send it to WES using your university envelope.

Documents needed by WES
Copy of Certificate (No idea about provisional certificate)
Copy of Marks Sheet or Academic Transcript

Please contact your university for further guidance.

The minimum is 6 in each module.

Explanation:
Express Entry is the 1st step to Federal Skilled Worker Program,
and FSW requirement for IELTS is 6 in all modules,
So, if you do not qualify for FSW criteria then you are not eligible for EE.

Thats the logic
