Am already working in Canada as TWP. I got that visa with LMO like a year ago. Does that qualify me to get invitation?

Can you clarify a bit on the second part of the question? For the EE they will use the same/similar points systems as in FSW? So, because I have work at canada that I gained with help of LMO I can apply in EE through FSW but for that I need to have minimum 67 points?

answered u - you are ok to apply today on fsw-AEO category

Hello All

As I heard from many boarder here about new changes are effected to existing PNP Application, Please help me with the cause of effect with the existing application as I am little bit worried in this part

Your help is highly appriciated

Hi everyone its nice to be back.... I can't wait for EE 2015 for I supposed to apply for FSW under 3012, unfortunately my lack of experience under that category pushed me out in my dream. To settle in Canada. I don't know if EE will give me chance to pursue my dreams there.
I'm working 5 yrs now in Saudi as flight attendant but hoping to join, still in EE2015. Cause if not I will ask my spouse to do the application Instead of me...

Nice Idea... :)
I pulled off from applying to FSW 2014 because I am not sure I can get my ECA in time and send all the documents in time to CIC.
I have my IELTS scores already, need to get the reference letters from my current and previous company.
That would be the task for me :)
Hi,i am also waiting for the January take off and have my IELTS scores ready but what is the full meaning of your ECA?

Thanks, great start of a thread for EE applicants

I have a question,
CIC mentioned, once ITA is issued, one has 60 days to submit the actual application. So if I will complete 1 year Canadian experience by early Feb 2015 and I were to apply thru CEC, can I start EOI and create profile with CIC in January 2015? (since by the time my ITA expires I will have just enough experience)

answer - yes - also read below -

Under the current Canadian Experience Class program, international students who obtain sufficient skilled work experience after graduation are pretty much guaranteed permanent residency in Canada. Under this new Express Entry program, things are much less clear. Though the government seems to be saying that Canadian experience will lead to a very high ranking, just getting into the Express Entry pool will not guarantee an offer to apply for permanent residency. Citizenship and Immigration Canada confirmed this recently during their presentation to the Canadian Bar Association's National Immigration Law Section. Their power point slide read as follows:

Highest ranked candidates will be invited to apply for permanent residence - an Express Entry submission is not a guarantee of an Invitation to Apply (ITA).

conclusion the earlier the better (without loss of time)

good luck
