guys pl note :

how many - is labour market oriented driven from facts/reports/requirements as per Statistics Canada and ESDC..

Intense shortage leads to more invitees (obviously under the norms)

It is like current fsw system I think, however, this time it is not "first come first serve basis".
It will be pooling system so if your current NOC is not that hot, maybe it will be an advantage and vice versa.

my opinion only.. :D

I am very optimistic for the new system. If that has worked for Australia, it will work for Canada too. By the way is there any statistic regarding Australia's system which can be helpful in this case ?

hi All,
I am new to this forum. I am working with a bank as a Branch Manager and AVP in India. I guess I am eligible under NOC 0. I would like to know if anyone is in similar boat. I have a few questions and I am not too well informed, so please pardon if my questions are silly / have already been answered elsewhere. Here goes:
1. Am I eligible to apply under FSW program? Or my NOC is no more eligible to apply under FSWP / CAP already reached?
2. If answer to above question is yes, how much time I have to apply under FSWP?
3. Should I rather wait for EE?
FYI, I have not taken IELTS yet. Appreciate your responses / pointers / help. Thanks in advance.

Yes you are eligible to apply for FSW and work as a manager, and for the processing time of your document, please check this link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp
More information on EE is still needed for consideration now, better not rush on your consideration.
And IELTS tests are always required so you should take them, but not too soon or too late,if you take it too soon then your IELTS certificate may expire (2 years max)

Thanks for your quick response, Pytom. Does it mean that I need not wait for EE and I can apply under FSW Program still (after taking IELTS and arranging all other documents)? Is there any CAP that I should be aware of that restricts me from applying under FSW before 31st Dec 2014?

Hello Everyone,

This is regarding WES evaluation reports for Educational Credential Assessment.
I have below queries:

1. How many copies of evaluation report WES send to applicant?
2. Is it required to order additional copies ?

Thank you.

I have only 1 question.

I am waiting for ICAS evaluation report to apply fswp. IELTS also 6 bands (not each 6), need to reapear.
Awaiting for 19 points from this evaluation before December 20, as Crismas holidays are there.

Question: I have a job offer (real LMIA) , Even I need 6 each band to apply through Express Entry???????

Please let me know so I will not waste money on IELTS again.

The only thing is CIC has not officially revealed any news e.g. points distribution, documents that would be required, fees etc. on EE-2015. This is really a hurdle in gearing up for EE-2015. Guys, when can we expect to have CIC's official announcements? Moreover, I feel getting a PR through EE is going to be extremely difficult than to get one under current FSW scheme. What say?
only thing is they are eyeing to have people below 35 Yrs rest all point system is same.

I think we will just have to wait and see until we get any official information on EE.

I completely agree... now you need to get a job before hand to get in Canada... FSW would have been easier.

Hello everybody..

I am new joinee in this forum and I want to Immigrate for Canada..

In this regard, I am ready with all the documents and IELTS Score. Unfortunately my NOC 2134 was not listed in FSW 2014. Now waiting for Express Entry system to launch.

I am having a doubt right throughout the PR process is that first we need to get the PR and search for job in canada or else first search for job from India and apply for PR.

Can you please provide replies for the above query.

Regards,
Ashish.

For EE, first job and then only PR except if you get a direct invitation to apply for PR

Dear Ashish 16313,

Even I wanted to apply under 2134, unfortunately as we know it is not there this time. Getting a job from India is 'almost' impossible. EE is the only hope for us.

All the best.

this is incorrect

an individual with job offer - approved by ESDC and has about 67+ points is eligible to apply for PR on completion of first month of work in Canada
