Hello Friends!
My question for applying under EE, I am 10+2+3 years Diploma Holder in engineering .But I have almost 14 Years of experience in Banking and Finance ,and my job duties are also quite similar to one of the NOCs listed on CIC . However I have detailed work experience with job descriptions letter from one of my employers and for 4 years only of recent time.my questions are as below:
1. Am I eligible since my work experience and field of studies are different?
2.And how many work experience is counted for work experience since out of total 14 years of experience I have detailed work experience letter for only 4 years, however normal full and final letters with work experience are available for all the employers of last 14 years.

Seniors kind request to have your expert revert on my queries .since I need to take some crucial decision which may decide the next path path of my career

I am wondering why I dont get the ITA, where is defect in my profile,
I am worried, we are expecting draw today also, plz tell me where I am lacking/

One of my reference can help me to arrange for offer letter from Canadian employer.
But he has asked me to provide the details, what documents exactly I need get additional 600 points.

I come to know that I need LMO Certificate and Valid Job Offer Letter.

But I am not aware about LMO Cert. How can my employer in Canada get it? Is it one time process for employer or they need to get it everytime when they offer any foreign employee?

Also about the Job offer letter, Is there any standard format which employer has to follow?

I have 350 point (without my wife WES). but, I have enough points to apply for Australia EE as ausi counts our experience well unlike Canada.
My first priority would be Canada but as per recent draws, it looks 350 is impossible in near future.
So, I am in big dilemma. Is ausi a batter choice than Canada??
I need some valuable suggestions which I could not think of...!!!......thank you folks...

And what about government supports in settlement, racism and education quality, peace in society? So far I know, Australia is more racist country. It is a big big problem in a foreign country. In comparison, Canada has very low degree of racism and US-Canadian education is really non-comparable with any other country. But Australia has good weather, better employment opportunity. Canada's children rearing support and education support plus loan is currently unique in the world. Choice is yours.

I am getting a score of 323 withmy spouse,i know remote possibility without ajob in canada(as i do not have canadian education/job experiencce to boost score).

My question is regarding following:-


**Arranged employment (positive Labour Market Impact Assessment required) 600
**Provincial or territorial nomination 600

if i register in Job Bankand get job through that will that be considered as Positive LIMA?what if i apply in a company not in job bank and get a job..will i still get 600 points?

Yes, there is another guy in separate thread who got job offer in IT company through his own direct application to the company and got LMIA. He has got the ITA. Job banks is not yet fully functional at this point for job matching.
