You can use the same roles and responsibility but you will have to get a new Police clearance certificate. Hope your ielts is within two years.

I created my EE profile on 18th Jan , 2015 for FSW , NOC - 2174 .

I have a question regarding the Experience letter:

1. One of my previous employer has denied to give me the Experience letter with the prescribed format including Roles and responsibilities. They have just given me letter with details like : Designation , No of hours of working , duration of service, No of leaves I got etc. Now what's not included is : Compensation and Roles and responsibilities.

I know that for compensation/salary details I can produce my Pay slips and Relieving letter which I got from company . It has the last drawn salary from company.

But for roles and responsibilities , I am confused what to do. Should I ask any of my senior to do that for me ?? Should I also attach his business card with that letter etc.

Please help me with this ..

You may ask for a recommendation letter from a direct superior you have good relationship with. The responsibilities are the most important part, as it helps prove your line of job really belongs to that noc..

My question to all, Did you get this mail for several times?
I could not understand where is the problem.

I doubt we should just sit down and wait. We can dig up all the information all over the place and make meaning of it. Looking at the global spreadsheet for EE. There is no major drop again. So it seems the will be a snail speed in drop and maybe an occasional increase in cut off points

Just found out that all the draws occurred either Friday or Saturday. the last four draws were on Friday.

Yes I totally understand your point.
The thing is, I cared about prediction and my NOC got capped early September last year (surprisingly, since according to the numbers on the official website and the so-called prediction, even Oct and some Nov applicants should have made it). This year we are faced with even less clue.. So you see why I don't really want to dig into predictions now.. ((
And the global spreadsheet, is it google spreadsheet? If so then at least the applications from China are not even there since we can't use google in china...my point is it might have left out a lot of people out there.

Police clearance certificate is required for current residential address only?

If i remember correctly, your home country, any other countries (except for Canada) where you have stayed up to 6 months (continuous stay) or longer.

No, business card is not required. It's never required. Because many people do that, so it's become a rumor it's required. If your recommender is okay with it, you can also attach his card. But the thing is his contact info is already included in the letter so attaching business card is just redundant.

Format, there is no official format as far as i know. You just need to make sure the letter includes all the information cic requires, esp job responsibilities in details.
