Hi Guys, I have an India PCC which I got in Nov 2014.
As per my knowledge cic does accepts pcc which is valid for 3 months. (If I am wrong could you please rectify me)
My question is if I will get an ITA this month can I send the same pcc which I got in Nov 2014 ?
If not, Can I send the same and explain them that I have already applied for a new one and will send later with the application receipt.
Will that work ?
or is there any other suggestion for this ?

Anyone had same scenario ? What was your solution ?

Appreciating your valuable suggestion.

Firstly it would be better to start a thread asking your question or use the search function rather than posting the exact same question in multiple threads.

If you haven't returned to India for 6+ months (in one trip) since Nov 2014 then the PCC is fine.

If you're in India now and have been there since you got the PCC then you need a new one because it's only valid for 6 months for the country you live currently live in.

You will have 60 days to submit your application, if you receive your new pcc then submit that or else the old one should be fine like yampower suggests

ECAS says decision made. MY CIC updated today to application has been approved. Waiting for Ottawa to mail back my COPR.

Good new Nuno1313! Question: When did your medical pass? We have almost the same AOR date.

Hi Guys,

Greetings!

We are also FSW outlander. Our status changed from "Application received" to "In process" on August 14. Before our status changed, we are requested last July 16 to send an additional document. We send the document August 7. My husband and I really hope and pray that are our PPR is on our way super soon!

There are so many April applicants who haven't gotten PPR yet May and June applicants have. What's the deal really?
